PostHeaderIcon Dominion: Two new DevBlogs

In two new dev blogs CCP made some announcements for the upcoming expansion.

In the first one with title " capital ships in dominion" CCP Nozh states:

"This means NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE TO MOTHERSHIPS IN DOMINION. Since they are part of the original rebalancing effort, the DEPLOYMENT OF FIGHTER BOMBERS WILL ALSO BE POSTPONED."

So,CCP will make no changes to the motherships with this patch, so they have some more time to give them a special role, so they are not only bigger carriers. Further the devblog gives deteiled infomration about the changes to XL guns. It provides a lot of dps-to-range graphs, depicting the dps on different ranges with different guns.

PostHeaderIcon DevBlog: How Sov works in Dominion

CCP Abathur just published a detailed dev blog concerning the new sovereignity system. Question like "what happens to the actual sov claiming alliances?" and "How does sovereignity change work?" are addressed. A very nice grafic feature is that the new territory claim beacons will display the alliance logo. So everyone entering the system will see it and recognioze who owns the system.
